Do you Offer Full Hook-up?
Yes, we offer several full hook-up sites in section A (River side) and Section C (mountainside) of the Park. There are 50 amp and 30 amp sites. Water, Electric, and Sewer are provided. Please ask for the correct Amp site when booking. We do not provide power converters if you select a site that is not appropriate for your RV. You may bring your own if you prefer a site that needs to be converted.
Do you allow pets in your park/Rental units?
Yes, we allow pets in the park. They must be on a leash and cannot be left unattended in your site. We ask that you pick up after your pet. We do not allow pets inside bath houses, poolside, clubhouse or any other public building. Pets are NOT allowed in some RV Rentals and cabins. We do have two pet friendly cabins (Rustic Retreat & Timber Winds) and 2 Pet Friendly River RV's (River Sands & Walking Bear) for your accommodation needs. Please ask for these designated cabins or RV's when booking.
Do you allow tent camping?
Yes, we allow tent camping in our RV resort & campground. We ask that you limit your site to two small tents per site or one large tent and one vehicle. Our tent camping section is located B section. We do not allow tent camping on full hook-up sites. Please note this is an RV resort and you WILL have RV's around you. NO PRIMITIVE camping.
Do you allow Golf Carts or ATV's?
We do allow golf carts inside the park but they must be driven by licensed drivers at all times (NO CHILDREN). We ask that you limit your movement after dark to respect others quiet time and adhere to the park speed limit. NO ATVS , Gators, side by sides , children's electric cars or scooters or 4-wheelers allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Do you give rain checks or refunds for weather or early departure?
NO. We do not give refunds due to rain, inclimate weather conditions, or early departures for ANY reason. We require a one night non-refundable deposit upon booking. This can have a one time date change 3 days prior to your arrival. There are no exceptions for this policy under any circumstance. There are absolutely no refunds or date changes for holiday reservations. There is a 3 night minimum on holidays.
Do we stay open all year?
YES! We offer camping, RV rental, and Cabins year round
Do you offer monthly or yearly leasing?
Yes, we offer monthly and yearly leasing for your RV. Pick your site and leave your RV.

Do you have cable/wifi at campsites?
No. Cable and wifi is not available at your sites but are offered in our clubhouse for your use. We do have Satellite TV in River Mist, Walking Bear, River Sands and Morning Star RV rentals, as well as our two Tree Houses. Please inquire when booking if one of these units are available. (Please Note that Satellite TV is NOT Guaranteed as this is provided by an outside company and signal can be distorted or out due to weather, trees, limbs or other issues beyond our control. No refunds are given for this amenity). RV Rentals are provided to us by Windy Sky Rentals LLC. Please contact 706-426-3062 if you have any additional questions regarding specifics on each unit.
Do you offer kayak and tube rentals?
No. We do not offer Kayak or tube rentals at this time but you are free to bring your own and play in our river as much as you want. We do have tubes available for purchase located in our front office.
Do I have to have to make a reservation?
YES, you must make reservations. We book site specific and you must call (706) 754-0292 to reserve campsites. You may also book any rental RV's or cabins online at Windy Sky RV & Cabin Rentals. or call them at (706) 426-3062
