We offer several different site leasing options for your vacationing and seasonal needs. Please contact us to inquire and set up an appointment to tour our sites for this option. Rates start at $750.00 per month mountainside and $900.00 & up near and on River Side. Your leasing includes water/sewer/and power and all amenities. 

We are a "campground" and we pride ourselves as a clean and tidy camping resort.
